Clarion Housing Group is the largest provider of social housing in the UK. Clarion wanted to understand how new technology could drive repairs efficiencies and transform the way that customers experience repair services.

The Sparksfly team conducted a piece of rapid service design work. We started by working with stakeholders and customer data to identify the issues and map the current customer journeys. We then identified 50+ examples of cutting edge technologies which could transform the repairs experience. Finally, we ran a large service design workshop to analyse the opportunities and map future state experiences.

In just a few weeks, we created a blueprint for the future repairs experience, which has created structure and direction for Clarion's future innovation efforts.
